Menagerie being full is anoying as heck

Nowadays when running bestiary in maps, you can get 40+ beasts per map, making the menagerie much too small to fit all those mighty beasts.

So as the title says, menagerie being full is anoying as heck. There is currently no way to deal with it other than to either use A LOT of Bestiary orbs or Sacrifice the beast via the alter which can take hours to empty the menagerie..

Some option to clean them out or store infinitely beasts would be much appreciated by enjoyers of this relative old league mechanic.

Same thing for me. This is the mechanics that I prefer, but having to use currency and do over 3 clicks per beast to extract them or do rituals for 8 chomatics/1 fusing to clean my menagerie make no sense.

Just adding a “release” feature where you could release all beasts of a type would solve alot of things.

Allowing to extract all beast of a type with 1 click would be awesome to and maybe lowering price of extrator would be great. I don’t understand why we have to pay to sell beast. Imagine people having to pay 1 chaos to list any item to sell, it would make no sense.
Agree and the big problem is when menagerie was full then the system will random replace any beast you captured before maybe just one or two maps before but not that oldest one you captured. This is not make sense, please fix this problem.

almost all the crafts are filler garbage that has been added for the sake of justifying having the mechanic in the game. there is no connection between killing a beast and actually having something, you kill them, you have no real idea what you just got.


the fact you lots menagerie is full says it all, why is it full? because its a shit mechanic and you dont even use your crafts, if you used them it wouldnt be full, you dont use them because theyre a complete waste of time and you dont even know what you have in there, youve basically got everything and youre not even using any of it.


its garbage, just remove it from the game its a waste of space. cull, make some room for better mechanics, the devs have made a ton of stuff that deserves a place in the game rather than the 47th crafting mechanic we never needed thats so useless people are complaining that their zoo is overflowing and would rather have a way to literally delete the crafts rather than even bother to use them?

I would love to keep bestiary mechanic around. There's indeed a lot of fillers, but the ones that aren't are really strong. Split, Imprint, the Aspects, the aspect uniques, Gilded-Winged, add pre remove suff and add suff remove pre. The mechanic shouldn't be touched other than the storage problem, at least thats my opinion.

Also i don't get the opinion to cull of some mechanics.. Why remove content, people can just choose not to do that content instead.

Literally, the only problem is the storage.

my zoo has been full for years, most people whos zoo is full dont even know their zoo is full because its such a unintuitive, obscure and ultimately pointless mechanic.


you are the minority of fans of the mechanic who care enough about it to have payed attention to the fact is actually gets full, and yet you are all here making this post and responding to it because this seems like a better use of your time than actually using the crafts you have been rewarded with.

the storage is a problem because its such a waste of space even its fans dont even use it, and faced with the idea of using their rewards to be rewarded or coming making a post on the forums to complain about it they would rather complain about bestiary than use the awful thing.


theres a tiny handful of things it does that dont have an equiv elsewhere and are worth keeping, they can all easily be added to another mechanic and would be more valued, used and give a bigger sense of reward to players if they were added to any of the other mechanics they would fit within because all those other mechanics are 100x better designed than bestiary.




the whole thing exists because it was an idea that it would be cool to catch beasts with nets, and that turned out to be so bad that it was removed from the game. now we have beasts that exist just to give us crafts and the crafts they give us just exists to justify having the beasts, its a circular loop of pointlessness that doesnt actually fulfil a design need in the game. this is a full master with daily atlas missions etc, but even blight and metamorph have more reason to exist and be interacted with than bestiary. their rewards can and should be used on every character, the gameplay they provide is more compelling and people actually understand how they work and what they are being rewarded with.
