CWDT + Aura + Divine Blessing

Should this bypass the CWDT restriction of not being able to trigger skills which reserve mana? I had idea to set this up for a Herald of Thunder Autobomber with Storm Secret so that it would trigger Vitality/Divine Blessing automatically after X seconds due to taking Y damage.

Would have been cool. I guess I can just click it myself, but the automation would have been nice (whole point of the build is automation).
