Path of Exile 1 Gameplay Help and Discussion - Temporal chains linked to Bane not doing anything - Forum

So my temporal chains is about the same level, within 1-2 levels of my bane. but I dont think its doing anything at all. Monsters still seem to have the same action speed for absolutely everything bosses as well. I am playing on PS4 in kalandra league. Am I missing something or is bane + temp chains bugged?
