Convoking wands in standard are missing implicit

Standard convoking wands do not have 26%-30% increased minion damage implicit and are only showing "can roll minion modifiers". POE wiki hosted by GGG does not say there is a legacy implicit version of the wand. https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Convoking_Wand
Following the update logic of Crystalized Omniscience and the prior flask base types that updated preexisting standard items to their new corrected versions, this base type update to convoking wands in standard is missing. Last bumped on Jan 22, 2023, 9:33:41 PM

Implicit mods on item bases don't get changed on existing items. If it's a value change, you can re-roll with a Blessed for the new value. If it's a mod addition/change/removal, you're stuck with the old mod (or lack thereof). In some instances, like old Arm/ES shield bases, that's a good thing (they used to have twice the ele res they have now). Others, it's not great, such as armor base shields with no +life or Convoking wands with no minion damage.

its 30% minion damage on the high tier wand. thats 1 notable passive. its *really* minor.
a +2 wand without it is still going to be miles better than a +1 wand with it. |

It is LEGACY item. It happens all the time. Many bows, swords and scepter retained the old implicit

what vendor recipe is it? Can you tell please?

Check out the wiki page's crafting section. Anything taking a weapon/wand and returning that weapon/wand. But, you would be losing any modifiers on the wand by doing this. While I haven't tested, seeing the below post reminded me that vendor recipe no longer 'resets' implicits for other items, so the vendor recipe trick might not work for older items like this, contrary to the previous post from September (last league). Not a bug. Those implicits cannot be modified, including BUT NOT LIMITED TO recombinators.
