I asked to speak with your team or update my appeal for my account aeroswat when the ban appeal process was not obvious that you only get to send one message and that's it. I was rejected... I was banned for "RMT" when I've never spent or received a single $ from items on this game. I spent hundreds of dollars on MTX/supporter packs for this game and the answer I got was make a new account?! Meanwhile others including streamers have actually done much worse things than whatever your team thinks that I've done... Literally just watched a video of one streamer that had their rightful ban removed twice before (For the same exact reason) being banned a 3rd time. No luck for me? Just steal my money and move on?

I'm afraid we are unable to discuss account related issues via the forums. If your Path of Exile account has been banned, I would suggest submitting an appeal - if you have already done so then you will need to wait for the appeal to be reviewed. If your appeal has been denied, unfortunately the account will be remaining banned.

I didn't ask to discuss my account related issue. You guys have made it apparent that you favor streamers over normal players and have been manufacturing bans to improve income probably. You have no interest in discussing it even when the appeal was allowed. I will be seeking damages through legal means against your company. It's unconscionable that you treat people in this manner, especially loyal members/customers that have been around for years.

Welcome in this cruel world. I was banned for RMT and yes I am gonna be a man and say YES I did it.. I apologizes like 30 times to GGG and asked them for my second chance o naccount where I spent around 1,5K for stash and mtxes becasue I love POE. It was said I cannot get 2nd chance and its closed matter. I am male 31 so I know what I am doing and I will stand behind my word.
I am really sorry but I would like to prove to GGG that I am worthy of 2nd chance. Maybe even would accept some temporarily trade ban in game or something for some time. But i would Like to play and relax after hard work in Retail. All I would like is to Have someone from support that can read with heart and forgiveness too.
