Elementalist - Bastion of Elements

Hi, I've recently started playing PoE again and need some help.
This node (Bastion of Elements) in particular is confusing to me. It says 'triggers' Primal Aegis when allocated. So does that mean it's a permanent passive? Or do i have to active it in-game? Sorry, i'm not familiar with a lot of the mechanics in the game, i'd appreciate a dumbed-down explanation of this node. Thanks a lot. Last bumped on Sep 11, 2022, 11:59:14 AM

Yeah it gives you a shield of value 75 per notable you have allocated on the passive tree that takes damage before anything else and only absorbs elemental damage.
It refreshes in 4s I think if you don't get hit (might be longer) back to its full value. And yeah its activated as soon as you take the ascendancy you can see the bubble around your character. |
