No intro video

When I start POE, intro video is not loading and it takes more time in loading.





- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor
- Memoria: 32 GB RAM
- Game installed in SSD M.2 Nvme

You can skip the intro video by putting --nologo in the launch options in steam under the game's properties settings. This will load up the game faster if the problem is solved.

If it doesn't help, you can try and verify the integrity of game files, also in the game's steam settings under "local files". Can take a couple of minutes.

ty for the reply but i didn't mean that:


1.- FACT: the intro video is disabled . Why? i did't touch anything


2.- it takes MORE time to load now without the video.


3.- verify the integrity of game files didnt show issues.

I don't have an answer on why the intro suddenly stopped showing, maybe there was a problem after patching.

I was thinking if you didn't disable the intro yourself, maybe it takes longer because the game is trying to load the video but doesn't find it or the file is corrupted. So my thought was by putting the --nologo option, it will just skip that process and speed up the game launch.

If it still takes a long time to load the game, the only thing I can think of is trying to reinstall. It's a hassle but if you choose to, I would also delete every folder related to the game. Including C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Path of Exile

Same thing just happened to me. Have you found out the reason? Does reinstalling the game help?
