Hextouch support

Can Hextouch apply two curses from one skill? Like in a four link setup such as: Orb of storms, hextouch, elemental weakness and conductivity?

Also, does the reduced elemental resistance effect of elemental weakness and conductivity stack?

You do need to increase your curse limit to two for it to work. Unless I missed it I dont see any extra curse on the character in question so only one curse will be applied at a time.
