Red Beast level questions

I have saved up 21 Einhar but I can't comfortably do tier 14+ yet. If I do Red Beast farming at tier 11-13, does it mean I won't get the high level beasts that create Portals? Red tier map starts Tier 11.

I believe that you want to start at T13 maps for the portal red beasts.

Beast Bosses spawn at minimum levels, I think it is lvl 70(Crab) to lvl 80 (Farrul). The map needs the minimum mob level to be able to spawn Beast Bosses.
I you want a chance of all bosses appear or farm farrul, you need T13+. If you are going for another specific boss you should take a look at the wiki for the required map level.

ok. glad I double checked. Yeah I have been saving my "red" event for capturing Farrul. I am not even sure what is Beast farming good for. My first time trying it. It seems like just selling that Farrul armor?

Or crafting unique belt and hoping to hit Mageblood or Head Hunter?

Beast farming is something you can do for random uniques or currency, but the main things many people farming beasts for are higher value beast crafts like item splits, imprints, or similar. Or build enabling unique items from the bosses like Farruls Fur. I don't know anything about prices or selling though. Just judging from a standpoint of usefulness and uniqueness of beasts vs other content.

Shoot. I am kind of terrible at crafting this time game except for just putting Essences. ugh.


So pretty much tier 13+ will get me all the rare beasts right? Do tier 16 maps give better chance of rare beasts?

I think you can itemize and sell the craft beasts, but I'm not sure if this is still true. Yes, Tier 13+ should allow the game to spawn every rare beast boss. Afaik the map tier itself doesn't increase or decrease the chances, it just enables it at the minimum level.

I see. I feel like this game doesn't really encourage you to farm at harder levels. Beasts are the same tier 13 or 16. Same as most of the farming events like Essences. Weird.

can beast crafting "craft a random unique belt" get mageblood or head hunter?

They're both random drop, so yes. The odds of it actually happening are insanely low though.
