Increased Dexterity Synthesised Unset Ring Problem
It seems that the synth implicit "6% Increased Dexterity", while on an unset ring, doesnt work at all. In fact, it seems to reduce my Dexterity, instead of increasing it.

yet another person who can't read their uniques.
there isn't a bug here. |

It isnt a unique ring, it is a rare snyth ring. I have compared it to a very similiar ring, (the other ring having the exact same implicit, well NOT being a unset ring) and the difference in dex it gives is immense. There should be no difference, but there is a massive one.

1rst ring, working normally, puts me from 1712 dex to 1903 dex.
Item Class: Rings Rarity: Rare Brood Whorl Synthesised Paua Ring -------- Quality (Attribute Modifiers): +20% (augmented) -------- Requirements: Level: 65 -------- Item Level: 83 -------- 7% increased Dexterity (implicit) -------- +68 to Dexterity Adds 12 to 19 Fire Damage to Attacks +35% to Chaos Resistance +18% to Cold and Chaos Resistances Non-Channelling Skills have -7 to Total Mana Cost (crafted) -------- Synthesised Item 2nd ring, that puts me from 1712 dex to 1740 dex. This makes no sense. Item Class: Rings Rarity: Rare Chimeric Coil Synthesised Unset Ring -------- Quality (Attribute Modifiers): +20% (augmented) -------- Requirements: Level: 65 -------- Item Level: 83 -------- 7% increased Dexterity (implicit) -------- +68 to Dexterity +66 to Intelligence Adds 6 to 11 Physical Damage to Attacks +59 to maximum Life Regenerate 5.3 Mana per second +32% to Chaos Resistance Non-Channelling Skills have -7 to Total Mana Cost (crafted) -------- Synthesised Item |

His point was that you have a unique in your build that conditionally increases your Dexterity, and the new ring you're equiping is making that condition no longer true.
Check your helmet. Does your Unset Ring also increase your Intelligence? Or did the ring it replace increase your strength? |

I am a fool, the int was the problem. Thank you for a helpful response!
