Rate limit exceeded on trade site

May I ask why do I get rate limit exceeded for like 4th time in a row, after clicking once on Direct message. This happened literally 4 times in a row now, after waiting like 1 hour for the limit to expire.
So I m not allowed to do any trades now? Last bumped on Sep 7, 2022, 7:31:28 PM

5th time in a row now, before doing direct message to trade anyone, I fully restarted my pc, just incase maybe awaken poe trade or something has anything to do with this, but nope. How can I got rid of this, 5th time in a row 3600 seconds limit.

" most likely is the use of 3 party software / 3 party browser extesion's that is spamming GGG's backend API's. Or you are sharing your IP with many people using GGG API's at the same time. |

you will need to e-mail GGG support about this for your accounts to be investigated but pretty sure the reply will be the same.

i keep getting item needs to be refreshed after literally 5 seconds of having the page open... pain in the butt

Hi there, Exiles! I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with the trade website. Can you please ensure that you are logged in when using the trade website and if you are using a VPN, could you please disable it to see if this resolves the issue at all?
Alternatively, can you also please check your browser extensions, antivirus or firewall settings, as one of these features may be causing the problem and if you are using any 3rd party trade tools can you please disable these, or discontinue use to see if this helps at all? It may also help to try clearing your cookies and restarting your web browser, we find this usually fixes most common issues with the website.
