High Latency Poe

Hey guys there is no where written that Iran is banned and we cant play POE But with my internet i cant connect to eu servers stuck in loading screen can only connect Russia server and have high latency
and with vpn i have high latency too as u see in this pastebin result can some one explain me how i fix this
