Arrogance Support Gem/Precision lowering attack speed

I'm trying to link a lvl 1 Precision gem and a lvl 1 Arrogance support and its lowering my attack speed. Precision aura works fine when I cast it normally with mana but it appears I lose global attack speed when cast with arrogance support. I've tried unequipping other skill gems to see if there is some bad interaction to no avail. There is also nothing on passive tree or in Slayer ascendancy that i'm seeing that should be causing this issue. Am I missing something?



**Update**
Of course I figured it out right as I submitted the ticket. I had Gladiator's Perseverance allocated and since not at full life was not receiving the 10% attack speed boost.
