Black screen or disconnected when start PVP!

1º - In Sao Paulo server, When enter in PVP arena its look normal but when the countdown end to start the PVP, the screen turn black, we cant move, but we can open Inv, skill tree etc while the latency go to sky. the only way to leave is "exit to log screen".

2º - Then i tried to change the server, i choose Canada cause it was the lowest latency before Sao Paulo. This time it happened a little different from the 1º, the countdown end and when it supposed to start we got DC.
