Lake of Kalandra Bugged Room (No Reward)

3 fire boss tile, killed all 3 bosses (you can see their 3 body loot in the screenshot) and no reward spawned.

When the last boss died, I got challenge progress on "Overcome the Lake" for Fire Map Bosses. (15/15)

EDIT: When I cleared the next tile which was Legion, one of the Legion Generals had spawned INSIDE the fire tile.

After fully clearing the Legion tile, the fire boss room reward spawned. So the bug is not no reward, rather adjacent Legion bosses spawning in the wrong room mess up tile rewards.
