Action speed

Playing as trickster i have ascendancy point : One step ahead it gives me 8% action speed, but when i wear boots with +4% action speed it doesnt work.

One step ahead doesn't give you 8% action speed, it says "at least 108% of its base value". Base value is still 100%. Any increases lower than 8% will be overwritten by One step ahead. Tailwind with +4% boots gives you 112% action speed
