changing language doesn't show new language in the options menu

While going in Options>UI>General>Language, if you switch languages, the new one doesn't show in the menu (even though if you save it, reopen the game, the new one is updated in the game).

I can then save, and reset the game, and game will be in Russian. So it's a display matter, it seems.
