(S) Menagerie Blood Alter 'Add mod to influenced unique item' Maximum +2 affixes

I was playing the game, again, professional duh. But, at the same time I was thinking of what player power could be added to end-game boss unique items. Perfect end-game items are really hard to find when the items are tied to 4 Atlas tree passives, a rare unique map drop, and another rare drop. When someone that plays this game needs their attention to span an Atlas to play the game at an end-game level, time investment becomes an issue. I personally don't farm end-game bosses for one reason, I don't need the item to continue mapping. And, if I do end up needing an end-game boss item, the character build will be off-meta. The time needed to persistently build off-meta characters becomes a grind that is consistent with games of the previous decade. The grind after end-game bossing and end-game unique farming is the same grind as a meta build. Now, the final question to answer: Is the chase item worth the wait? Well, what if it was worth the wait if the challenge to find an end-game unique item meant that a common item has the potential to become a chase item? What if there were interactions with content such that Beastiary and Delve used their currency or captured monsters to add depth to common end-game influenced unique items?

An example:
Delve Sulfite can be used to ->
interchange affixes on two unique items
add a unique affix to an influenced unique item (unique items can have up to 2 unique affixes)

With more common unique items being looted, some of their affixes can really boost a character that hasn't had the best of luck with items. We, as players, get that you have a pity currency drop but we need more. After almost a decade, we want Rainbow Strides that have '100% increased rarity of items while on low life'. We want a Lightning Coil with +12% to all resistances. We want Bringer of Rain with Half of your strength is applied to your minions, the Baron of Rain. Let's get to POE 2 with the biggest hammer that you can bonk with because when your community knows that you'll close a chapter with the best loot, they'll be back to support you.
