Clarity + Arrogance Bug

So on my MoM Build, If I activate Clarity while it is linked to Arrogance, my Mana regeneration seems to slow down to a crawl. As far as I'm aware, nothing should be interacting here and as soon as I remove the Arrogance support, Clarity returns to functioning normally.

No other Auras are active (though I was initially using this with an Eternal Blessing linked to Purity of Elements). There are no reductions to Aura Effect and the Character pannel shows the stats as how they're supposed to be.

This has left the build Dead in the water for the time being.

While linked to Arrogance, Clarity reserves life instead of mana and your life becomes not full.
The Agnostic keystone vainly tries to recover that reserved life and drains mana.
