Google not helping so will ask here, is there any support gem for Blood and Sand?

Blood and Sand don't need support gems. And Lacerate is not a support gem.

Its an aura so you cant do anything on it.

Well Flesh and Stone is an aura and it is recommended that Maim should be used with it?

Maim Support will support the maim aspect of the skill, and is generally recommended.

Blood and Sand is just a stance selector that buffs your melee skills depending on stance. The only support that will improve the buff is Empower. Even stuff that increases aura effect and whatnot doesn't affect it, because it's not an aura.
I have a pretty good sense of humor. I'm not German.
