Replicatable: "While stationary" tag in "Expansive Might" notable passive doesn't work properly

This node gives 10% increased area of effect every second, up to a maximum of 50%. It is provided by medium area of effect cluster jewels.

If you stand still for 5 seconds, you have increased AoE.

If you use a lightning warp (which keeps you stationary), and cast the same spell again you will lose the increased AoE.

This works differently from every other "while stationary" buff in the game, such as arctic armour or ralekesh's impatience.

The game counts you as having moved when you lightning warp so the AoE resets back to 10% every lightning warp. Since the others are just static buffs that dont gain power over time they will constantly work. Other while stationary effects such as tukohama pantheon will reset every lightning warp as well.
