Amsterdam server

Hi guys, this is probably a stupid question but did the Amsterdam server get taken down? I can no longer see any ping from it when I log in, only a question mark, is anybody else having the same issue, maybe it is there but I'm to old to see it now?

Must be really busy helping everybody else, maybe they don't have a tech department anymore?

Some people have noted on other posts, that there is no real tech-support from GGG.

Also: YES, I have the same problem. Amsterdam Server is shown with "?"/Question mark. If I try other Servers, I sometimes get lucky, and can play a couple of minutes, before the game decides to "kick me" out, and disconnect me from the instance.

I suspected my new ISP/Internet Service Provider (moved to different location, and had to switch), because if I use a VPN, it seems to work. But I haven't tested it throughoutly though, and once I even tried without VPN, and had no issues for a game session.

So yeah...maybe a new patch messed things up, or some of us just got cursed I guess.

GGG doesn't offer TECH support "at the moment" (been like this for several years now so this is why no reply here).

This was posted yesterday, it appears the tech department may not be as dead as people believe, maybe they're just shy? I am currently playing through the Amsterdam server with a latency of 11 - 16ms so I'm happy with that, ty GGG Henry.
