(3.19) Essence Worm Unique Ring Reservation Efficiency mod got its Mana Tag removed

Hey all,

i havent seen anyone else talking about this. Probably because its a very niche thing that most people using that ring wouldnt even notice.

Long story short, since patch 3.19 the "80% reduced Reservation Efficiency of Skills" modifier of the "Essence Worm" Unique Ring had its "Mana" Tag removed making it impossible to modify with Fertile Catalysts. I cant find the change inside any of the Patchnotes thats why it comes as a surprise to me.

It's the only possibility to finetune reservation for the "Blood Sacrament" Skill granted by "Relic of the Pact", that's why this change is rather disadvantageous for that particular case. (e.g. i could use better support gems if I could catalyst the ring like before)

Basically what im asking is if this change was intentional or not. If it was an intentional change it would be nice to include it in the Patchnotes.

not a bug.

It is a downside mod so that for normal build, adding quality will make the reservation way worse.

It is logical to ninja remove the tag due to niche build, but yeah too bad not on patch notes


(edit: since the mod does not mention mana anymore , this change is very very logical)

Also, just checked. Legacy item still have the mod tag.


This change is applied to new item in 3.16. But i guess people use legacy item (Ultimatum went core only in 3.19) in permanent league
