Vaal Clarity doesn't let me cast Haste (MotL)

Can't cast Haste (on my march of the legion) after using vaal clarity.

According to the description of divine blessing and Vaal Clarity, I should be able to cast this temporary aura, but when I use Vaal Clarity it still says I don't have enough mana for haste.

This means I am forced to run Lavianga mana flask which is less convenient for me. Is it possible that this is a bug, or am I missing something?

Also, be aware that divine blessing only allows one aura to be active. If you use vaal clarity... That's the only aura you can use. IF you use divine blessing. March of the Legion has the normal blessing support I think.
