How to craft a lightning conduit sceptre?

I'm trying to get either +1 spell or lighting skill gem with T1 or 2 flat lighting damage to spell . I just got a fractured lightning skill gem what is my next step ?

You have several options:

- Essence spamming
- Alt spamming
- Harvest rerolls
- Fossil spamming

The easiest way to go here, is probably Essence spamming. Great access this league, so they should be cheap.

the easiest approach would be fossils with metallic fossils. Based on craftofexile you would need round about 20 trys to get t1-t2 flat dmg to spells. I personally, based on the current prices of fossils, would rather advice u to go for a bit more currency-invest though.

Go with Deafening Essences of Woe - its roughly 90 essences, so only round about 180 chaos for t1/t2 flat to spells + the essence mod which is a lot of spell dmg on top.

And then u finish the item with prefix cannot be changed and aisling it and throw whatever craft u want onto it if the RNG-gods leave u with an open suffix.

Edit: oh and Phrazz: Alt-spamming doesn´t work on a fractured prefix, he would only get suffixes.
