Cortex boss disapered after dying

Killed Cortex boss, run into a trap died, released join back in no loot and boss fight isnt continuing
rushed to the boss cause i wanted to soak xp when i die once from the rest of the map after killing him, but i cant even farm the rest of the map Last bumped on Aug 29, 2022, 5:26:48 PM

Not a bug, except for the part about not having a portal back out (At least that's what I think you mean).
If you aren't there when he dies, this is what happens - no loot. Next time, stay dead and in the zone until all death animations finish and loot starts to drop.
