Commander's TImeless Jewels MTX effect behaviour (stuck at the location).

I tested Commander's Elegant Hubris and Commander's Militan Faith effects, and currently apparition effect they spawn is stuck to the location where killing spree/block happened.

On any end-game build that uses fast movement skill/has high movement speed, effect just ends up spawning screen behind, and you end up not seeing it at all. I think it would be more appropriate if the apparitions actually followed your character akin to Mirage Archer effect.

Especially since builds that utilize timeless jewels are usually on the high end, so fast movement/clearspeed is expected of them.
