Damage taken recouped as life question

for my build as RF Jugg are those points wastet or any good ?

Depends on how you want to use them. You can only recoup damage from hits so you wont get life back from the RF degen.

I mean are those points better spent else where ? im near Infused Flesh note, for 4 point 30% recouped.

If you arent going to scale recoup beyond the 30% the 4 points are probably best spent elsewhere.

If it were me I would run it for a few maps and see if I could tell a difference in survivability.

thats what i did and i dont rly see a diffrents to be honest. the only think that kills me is chaos atm and me being stupid (like bing lazy and standing on all the shit on ground or testing if i can facetank some stuff^^

but you are right im not scaleing more then that. was just near my path.
but probly more life or armor give more in return.

edit: forgot the chaos res notes near my path so i put the points there much better ^^
