Mark On Hit + Assassin Mark not Granting Power Charges

I'm using mark on target to apply assassin mark. When the marked target dies, I never get a power charge. The target visually has the mark but I never get the charge
- no minions or allies, definitely my own kill - target is rare, has mark visually Last bumped on Aug 28, 2022, 2:23:32 PM

reduced effect, you are not guaranteed to get the charges on kill when using mark on hit support.
