Esh's Visage has a line
" Reflect Shocks applied to you to all Nearby Enemies " While Vessel of Vinktar applies a 50% Shock on you when used. Expected behaviour: When Vessel of Vinktar is used around enemies, they should receive a 50% Shock reflected from you. Current behaviour: Nearby enemies are only shocked for the 10% amount, regardless of them being in range when the flask is used or enters during flask effect. (Scaled with ailment effect) Maybe this is a special case how Vinktar is implemented to have a "constant" shock effect on you rather than any normal shock that is applied "one-off"? bump! was gonna post this. suppose it's only being found out now because monsters tell you their shock values now. i imagine people have been running this combo fruitlessly for awhile prior to this league

" the exact text of esh's visage is "Reflects shocks applied to you to all nearby enemimes". This is significantly different from Esh's mirror's "Shock reflection". Visage implies that any shock on you from any source is to be applied to nearby enemies. Though i did just test it with a maligaro's restraint (to make sure it wasn't just the vinktar's effect overriding the 50% shock), and it still wouldn't reflect the 50% shock. If it's not intended then i think there should be a slight addition to the text to be more explicit that it's only from enemies. |
