Nadir and/or Apex mode Jewels

Greetings, I have already read and talk about a problem related to these jewels with some fellow exiles.
After some testing by myself, I indeed, encounter the same problem. These Jewels either socketed appart together and in any kind of order doesn't appear to work on the critical chance aspect.

So i was wondering if it is bugged or if the critical chance is calculated on hit on ennemy's ?

If you have a solution or information about these jewels mechanic I won't mind any help.
