Portal Scrolls no longer dropping - Not filter related (Is anything else missing?)

About halfway through red maps I realized I hadn't seen any portal scrolls drop in a while. Thought this was weird since I hadn't touched my filter at all.

So I tested it a bit.

I cleared two red maps with filtering turned off, and didn't get a single portal scroll to drop the entire time.

I also tested simply dropping a portal scroll and a stack of portal scrolls, and they both showed up just fine. This is true both with my filter and no filter applied.

I searched around a little bit and found this thread over in general:

So, looks like I'm not alone here.

Missing portal scrolls is easy to notice due to how prevalent they are, but I have to wonder if any other currencies are failing to drop.

After a couple hours of mapping they started dropping again last night, and they appear to be dropping this morning as well.

I guess whatever that was has been resolved.
