Dorianys Prototype Question

So with this amour my enemys have the same lightining resis as i have. As i have read somewhere you cant have less then -200 to any resis. Does this only count for players or also for the mobs? If i run around with -200 lightning resis and this is cap does ligthning penetration/ exposure still does something or is it wasted then?

Exposure and conductivity are useless with Doryani's prototype unless you're cursing yourself.

I think penetration should work because it doesn't modify the target's resistance
