Corrupting Tempest Map craft issues

I have the corrupting tempest option as a map craft on my map device. It has been there since yesterday clicked but not working. I cannot click off it to any other craft, and scarabs etc are also not working (they remain in my device when the map is completed).

Check your atlas tree. Probably you have taken "Stream of Consciousness" passive skill. Your map fragments cannot work because this passive skill
