Atlas Skills(maps have no chance to contain xx ) not work

My atlas skills take no Metamorph and Abyss,but still contain,I'm pretty sure its not Kirac misson,this bug occurred 2 times.The last time I just finish Maven Invitation.

Kirac missions, map enchants/implicits, scarabs, sextants, map device mods (and fortune favors the brave too) will still spawn blocked content.
