+ Mana Cost From Non-channeling Skills have x to mana cost and Ethereal Reflecting MIst

Hi,

Is it possible for the crafted version of the reflecting mist to give a ring that has +mana cost to skills? Wanted to do some stormbind memes and I though they would be a fun option.

I can't find any on trade, however.

Does the negative option for this modifier also give a negative value?

For context, every mirrored item of jewelry with that crafted mod is < the original mod (which is -7--6). range for these items on trade is -9--16.

As no one in their right mind would mirror that, and items can't drop with it naturally, I assume that all these items are made using the crafted mirror.

I'm also assuming that there are no items with a positive value because it's not possible, though it may also be because no one else wants that mod.
