Cant change my Email Adress

i cant seem to change my email adress to another because the link that i get tells me that "Change Email Failed to update email address We encountered a problem while updating your email address. Please contact support at support@grindinggear.com for assistance." " that could be because you already used that e-mail on another account. However you will need to e-mail GGG support as the reply tells you to do. |

" i mean i get this email to change my mail adress i didnt even had the chance to try and change my mail adress as soon as i open that link to change it i get this error. and im sure there is no poe account registered on the mail adress i want to use "There are Penalties in the Game, no one's complaining about them"
