flask charges gained per second BUG

new ascendancy +3 and the flask mastery node +1 is 4 flask charges every 3 seconds.
Which means my utility flasks should get 30 charges back in 22.5 seconds. But they dont, its bugged for some reason. It takes around 27 seconds for them to reach 30charges back. Either bugged or bad coding Last bumped on Aug 24, 2022, 2:57:32 AM

take off your survival jewel if you want the full charges gained.
