'Master of Fire' Cluster notable and exposure masteries do work together?

If you have Master of Fire notable from your Cluster jewel that gives: 'Nearby Enemies have Fire Exposure' , which is -10% fire res, do the 1. Elemental mastery: 'Exposure you inflict applies at least -18%...' and 2.Fire mastery: 'Fire exposure you inflict applies an extra 5%....' apply, as it's not you inflicting exposure, it's more like an aura?
