Problems with Badge of the Brotherhood

Hi,
i am wearing badge of the brotherhood and it didnt work with my Cracling Lance Assassin. I dont know why? Are there some issues with this item already discovered? Last bumped on Aug 22, 2022, 6:32:32 PM
