Trade webside timeout for 3600sec

Why the webside is giving me a block for 3600 seconds, one whole hour, without previous warnings. Just tell me "you are close to reaching limit of requests per 10mins" or anything like that.

I understand that webside needs to be protected against bots, but why am i getting punished? Where is any information before timming me for whole hour.

Why is that an issue?
When you are a trader is pretty important to be fast. Some people have bots and now we have this great feature to just click and it sends message.
When i am blocked i need to click this thiny arrow, click private message, then click on poe and enter the message. It gets pretty annoying when you have to do it a lot.

I know this feature is new but just give a warning about reaching limit or reduce this time (1h??).
