My challenge reward and twich drop not added to cosmetics tab

First step is to CLAIM them in twitch. You can confirm this here -->

If the items is shown as claimed in twitch, then next step is to check PoE twitch drops status. You can do that here -->
https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch

If the drops shows as claimed in Twitch but not in PoE, then you will need to RELINK your PoE account to your Twitch account.

And in regards to your rewards, try using the command -->
/recheck_achievements
