Second SIght (Brutal Restraint of Nasima) seems to doesnt work

"Blinded"
 "Not blinded"  The interesting part about this is that it worked when I just bought it. I remember yellow stars effect or smth above my character, but then it dissapeared and doesnt make my character blind. I dont have any sources of "anti-blind" on my char too. POB: https://pastebin.com/CwjCiGSe BTW, Blade Flurry GC feels really weird. I have atleast 20m dps and sometimes I have to kill yellows in t14-16 for 5-10sec lol.
