Twitch Drops Error

I got the drops in someone's stream go to claim them. Claim them then told to wait 5-10 min to get in-game haven't gotten it. Proceed to wait a day before sending the report. Worked for the last twitch drops and my game is still linked to my account.

check there, I find I almost always have to check this to get my claimed drops. | |
