Missing arcane footprint

I rescued the arcane footprint from the Twitch drop but it didn't show up in my inventory

If you haven't done so already, could you please try unlinking your account from Twitch, and relinking your accounts? You can manage your Twitch connection here: https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/connections
If it still doesn't show up after trying this, then please send an email through to us at support@grindinggear.com and we'll look into it further for you. :) | |

It didn't work, but then I pressed "see rewards" and it popped up right away.
