can't use 1920x1080 in fullscreen

The title pretty much explain the problem, just downloaded the game again for the new league, and doesn't matter what change in game or into the file ( or even deleting the folder ) do not fix' tried dx11, vulkan ,dx12. By trying using fullscreen options, the game forces to 1600x1024 that doesn't makes any sense!

Things i tried: Change API / Edit file on read mode only / delete the folder
is there any solutions? just downloaded the game for the gods sake, there's no reason for something like that happen :/

Theres other bugs as well, v-sync doesn't work, or even the fps in-game cap while v-sync is off.. tried to force v-sync by the nvidia control panel and that doesn't work as well.. fps keep passing the 60 fps anround 70 to 90
Sometimes my chat bugs and send to me another region ( even being setup a language in options ) it seems several settings options are truly f...ded
Once again, i'm just installed the game, there's no reason for something like this happen, someone for the Gods love help me ? the league is tomorrow :/

By using dx 12 the fps cap gets solved, but the resolution bug persist

until path of exile 2, optimization will be not a thing for those that not have a rtx and hig budge cpu.. another league without playing

I've been having the same problem since 3.18 as well.

I seem to have found a workaround for the time being.

If you edit your production.config file (I use notepad), then copy it to another folder (I paste it into "my games").

I edited fullscreen to "true"
Resolution values to "1920" x "1080" (see below).

resolution_width=1920
fullscreen=true
borderless_windowed_fullscreen=false
resolution_height=1080
texture_quality=1
maximize_window=true

After the edit, I save, then cut and paste to "my games".

I then copy/paste the file from "my games" back into the POE folder.
I don't open the pasted file.
Close the poe folder.
On the desktop I right-click: refresh (not sure if this is important).

With any luck you should see the game try to update a patch (I think it's looking for the "new" config file), then it loads in fullscreen at 1920x1080.

That helps until you switch to the desktop once, then the config changes itself again.

Get a new monitor > 60Hz. Yes, that's the actual fix.

The issue still exists in 2023. The changing or deleting of config file ( and other files in that folder does not help - the game just refresh all.
