Potential Fix for stuttering on ASUS motherboards running AMD CPU

So, in before league launch I'm gonna do a fresh reinstall of Windows ( I've been having some random complete computer freezes which have forced hard reboots of my desktop.) as I was collecting all up to date drivers for my setup I stumbled across this BIOS update for my card (ASUS ROG STRIX B550F-Gaming BF-20)

I've had quiet a bit of this problem in PoE on and off for ages, and I know others have similar problems on different setups. I'll reinstall tomorrow, as apparently I'm unable to find a single USB-Flashdrive in my home ... and try to test things out hopefully before league launch with a fresh install of PoE too.

If not I ran into some enjoyable technical issues, but hopefully this could help your rig out of a random slideshow on leaguestart.

Fresh pc factory reset was the only thing that saved my fps spikes & low fps. Also had graphic model problems too. All saved from factory reset.

The fps guides ruined my fps & was unable to unruin it, same goes for geek squad, no help. So player advice on gaining more fps? Useless all of the guides, useless. Nvidia settings guides? useless. Factory Reset ftw, everything else is useless advice. Not trying to sound mean, tho I spent literally 1 month studying fixes for fps when I first started playing POE & none of it helped. Tried every Nvidia setting possible & then 1,000 more, wasn't helpful. Updated drivers & all that as well, meh.

The game wants zero files on your pc if you are running at 8gb of ram or less. I know that much. Not that you have to have tech zero, I have Planetside 2 installed too just fine. Also cleaning your files may not be good enough either, so thus the restart.

If not, try getting more Ram.

Ok I'm back. Got stuff up and running just before launch. For now stuttering seems pretty much fixed. (I had a small portion of it after first windows update on clean install, but windows is pretty much a virus ... not much to do about that)

When during the BIOS update process I also found out that my 3600 mhz memories were ran as 2100mhz for some random reason. Set it manually to run as 3600. Also moved OS and game to the same SSD. Used to run OS on an older SSD but I couldn't get the firmware on that disk updated.
