Atlas progress got reset - only unique maps are shown as "complete"

When I've connected to POE today, I saw for the very first time "cleaning cache, it could take a while" message, and after that all my Atlas progress was wiped out except of unique maps:

Run a corrupted tier 16 map from the current atlas. It will autocomplete everything upon completion.

FYI this is normal after every league end migration.

My Atlas won't complete if I run corrupted Shaper Guardian Maps in Standard too - playing any other map only completes single map bonus...any ideas how to fix?

Run a legacy (pre-Kalandra) rare corrupted T16. If you've already converted all your maps to the Kalandra series, you'll have to get an old map from someone. It also doesn't actually have to be T16, but if you run a lower one it will only unlock your Atlas progress up to the tier you run.

This is a catch up mechanic to restore Atlas progress that you do at the start of each new league if you play on Standard btw. Nothing to do with the cache refresh.
