ublock filter for path of exile fandom

i noticed that the fandom wiki is outdated like crazy in comparison to others so here is the filter to remove all the fandom google search results

google.*##.g:has(a[href*="pathofexile.fandom."])
google.*##a[href*="pathofexile.fandom."]:upward(1)

paste it in ublock origin maybe someone will find it useful

I had messed a bit with the local dns to route anything of fandom to the real wiki but had some issues with stuff not being resolved and thought that's fine - at least it avoids loading fandom (I am lazy).

Without third party software installation do this:
In chrome type -www.pinterest.com and -www.pathofexile.fandom.com

Chrome will remember this and next time you type -www in to url or google field it will autocomplete on ENTER click

After that follow the words with your search so
-www.reddit.com -www.pinterest.com -www.pathofexile.fandom.com Intelligence aura gems

-www.reddit.com -www.pinterest.com -www.pathofexile.fandom.com Minion support gem

etc.

You can make long list of these blocked results and they will always auto-complete when you do not need to block some of them just delete the -item part i recommend blocking: Pinterest and pinterest like pages, outdate wiki pages, reddit, erotic pages, amazon and other selling pages...

I used to just type -fandom on my google searches, but I've noticed poewiki.net is now above fandom on search results so I stopped. I use uBlock anyway and might as well keep the garbage from showing up at all, thanks for the filter.
