Phys Crit Interaction with Bleed

Hi,

Any help would be appreciated.
Does a physical crit apply bleed in the same way an elemental crit applies it's corresponding elemental ailment?
I tried looking for an answer but so far I only saw talks about the increased damage a crit applies to bleed, not whether it procs it.

no, physical crits do not inherently cause bleeds

Attack will inflict 1 application of bleed if:

Base damage of attack have non-zero physical component
Attack successfully lands (is not blocked, dodged or evaded)
Attack has a chance to cause bleeding and it passes the chance-check (100% to inflict is guaranteed bleed)
